Feifei Feng

Hailing from China, Australia and now the US, Feifei Feng is a multidisciplinary designer with a Master of Architecture degree from MIT. She received Bachelor of Architectural Studies and Bachelor of Design with first-class honors from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Sydney. She has worked professionally in architecture firms including Kengo Kuma and Associates in Paris, Kennedy & Violich Architecture (KVA) in Boston, Tonkin Zulaikha Greer (TZG) in Sydney, Stanley Saitowitz Office in San Francisco. 

Her experience spans projects across different scales with a focus on cultural, institutional as well as residential designs. Major public projects include The Museum of Human Bodies in Montpelier, Griffin Theater and Norton Street Cinemas in Sydney, Water Tank Library in Kenya and Center for Jewish Life at Drexel University. In recent years, Feifei has been specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects in the Bay Area.

Feifei's architecture and artwork has been exhibited world wide, including the the Power Station of Art, Shanghai Himalayas Museum, Beijing Design Week, Biennale of Urbanism/Architecture in Shenzhen China, ELL Gallery in San Francisco USA , Design Tasmania and Object Gallery in Australia. Her work has been published on various online and print media including Archdaily, Time Architecture, World Architecture.  She believes that good architecture is a gift with mystery that enables people to experience the unspeakable and arouses them to converse with the environment and themselves.

冯菲菲是一名跨艺术和建筑领域的设计师,毕业于美国麻省理工学院建筑硕士,  澳大利亚新南威尔士大学建筑学和设计学一级荣誉学位。 在成立艾索创意之前, 她曾就职于隈研吾驻法国巴黎建筑事务所,美国波士顿Kennedy & Violich Architecture (KVA) 建筑事务所 ,澳大利亚悉尼 Tonkin Zulaikha Greer (TZG) 建筑事务所,以及美国旧金山SSNAI建筑事务所。

在这些国际事务所中, 她担任了多种建筑和规划类型的设计和管理职责, 尤其是高档别墅、集合公寓、精品酒店类项目。 主要负责参与的项目包括中国山东青岛崂山仰口度假酒店改造和休闲俱乐部,中国山东日照安泰集团住宅设计,中国山东济南文化新城规划景观和建筑设计, 委内瑞拉卡拉卡斯机场改造商业游览区域规划,沙特阿拉伯住宅和商业住宅区规划和住宅建筑设计,美国硅谷澳姿别墅, 美国旧金山奥克塔维娅集合住宅等。

冯菲菲的建筑和艺术作品频繁在国际展馆展出, 包括中国上海当代艺术博物馆、中国上海喜马拉雅美术馆、建筑之外中国巡展、中国北京设计周、澳大利亚设计中心以及美国旧金山Ell艺术馆。同时作品被Archdaily、时代建筑、世界建筑等建筑媒体和杂志报道。她近期参与编辑和撰写了同济大学出版的《多快好省博物馆》,探讨复合材料与建造法方法的在研究和设计过程中的互补和优化。她相信好的建筑能够通过体验和感受,引导人们更深一步审视环境、了解他人并与内心产生对话。
